About the Role
TÜV SÜD, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services with over 150 years of history, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join its Business Assurance division in Riyadh. The company is renowned for its quality, integrity, and technical excellence. This role is essential for generating new business, cultivating strong client relationships, and promoting TÜV SÜD's comprehensive certification services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and proactively develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Effectively present, promote, and sell TÜV SÜD's certification services to a diverse range of customers.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and detailed proposals that articulate value propositions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to successfully close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing department and internal teams to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field is required.
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a preference for experience within certification, business assurance, or similar technical services sectors.
- Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
- A customer-focused mindset with exceptional relationship management abilities.
- The capacity to work independently, manage a sales pipeline effectively, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this role.
