About the Role
Alnafitha IT, a leading independent provider of IT services and solutions in Saudi Arabia since 1993, is seeking a Sales Executive - Cloud to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop their career in IT sales.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive (Junior) will support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the closing of deals for IT solutions and services. This role focuses on learning the sales process, building product knowledge, and engaging with customers to drive business growth within the cloud sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lead generation efforts by qualifying incoming inquiries and conducting initial outreach.
- Assist in updating the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and events to engage prospective clients.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, product demonstrations, and sales calls.
- Participate in client conversations, noting key requirements for follow-up by senior sales staff.
- Help maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process under supervision.
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotes with input from senior team members.
- Support document collection and submission for RFPs, contracts, and client onboarding processes.
- Ensure client documents and sales materials are updated and organized.
- Coordinate internally with marketing, technical, and sales teams to ensure alignment during the sales cycle.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates.
