About the Role
Alnafitha IT, a leading independent provider of IT services and solutions in Saudi Arabia since 1993, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to develop within a dynamic sales environment.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive (Junior) will support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the closing of deals for IT solutions and services. This role is focused on learning the sales process, building comprehensive product knowledge, and actively participating in customer engagement activities to foster business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation by qualifying incoming inquiries and conducting initial outreach.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM system with accurate records.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and events to engage prospective clients.
- Support the scheduling of meetings, product demonstrations, and sales calls.
- Participate in client discussions, documenting key requirements for senior sales staff.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotes under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support the collection and submission of documents for RFPs, contracts, and client onboarding processes.
- Ensure client documents and sales materials are kept up-to-date and organized.
- Coordinate internally with marketing, technical, and sales teams to ensure alignment throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain basic CRM hygiene, including client data, opportunity status, and meeting logs.
- Provide weekly summaries of assigned leads and prospects.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated eagerness to learn.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic awareness of Microsoft products is considered an advantage.
