About the Role
Alnafitha IT, a leading independent provider of IT services and solutions in Saudi Arabia since 1993, is seeking a Sales Executive (Junior) to join their team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah Region, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. The role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop their careers in IT sales.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive (Junior) will support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in the closing of deals for IT solutions and services. This position offers a structured environment to learn the sales process, build comprehensive product knowledge, and engage with customers to contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lead generation efforts by qualifying incoming inquiries and conducting initial outreach.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the sales pipeline and CRM system records.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and events to engage prospective clients.
- Help schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and sales calls.
- Participate in client discussions to capture key requirements for senior sales staff.
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotes under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support the collection and submission of documents for RFPs, contracts, and client onboarding processes.
- Ensure client documents and sales materials are kept updated and organized.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, technical, and sales teams to ensure alignment throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain basic CRM data hygiene, including client information, opportunity status, and meeting logs.
- Provide weekly summaries of assigned leads and prospects.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated eagerness to learn.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic awareness of Microsoft products is considered an advantage.
