Sales Manager (Saudi Only)

About the Role

St. Regis is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals only and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role focuses on proactively identifying and managing sales opportunities, ensuring proper and timely business turnover for service delivery, and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives by building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated and complementary sales efforts.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows to secure future bookings.
• Develop community relationships to expand the customer base and identify new sales opportunities.
• Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide accurate and complete turnover to Event Management for proper service delivery.
• Participate in sales calls with team members to acquire new business and close deals.
• Execute and support operational aspects of booked business, including generating proposals, writing contracts, and customer correspondence.

Market Analysis and Revenue Maximization

• Identify new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
• Understand the overall market, including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, and supply and demand, to effectively position sales strategies.
• Close the most suitable opportunities for the location based on market conditions and needs.
• Gain an understanding of the location’s primary target customer and service expectations to offer tailored business solutions.

Customer Service Excellence

• Support the company’s service and relationship strategy, fostering customer loyalty through service excellence.
• Service customers to grow account share.
• Execute and uphold the company’s customer service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service consistent with daily service basics.
• Set a positive example for guest relations and interact with guests to gather feedback on product quality and service levels.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales.
• Ability to proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue.
