About the Role

LuxpowerTek is seeking a Sales Manager PV Energy Storage Inverter to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for driving sales and market growth for residential solar energy storage systems, inverters, and battery products within the assigned region. The role requires 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales, customer development, and order fulfillment for residential solar energy storage systems, inverters, and battery products.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets and effective maintenance of client relationships.
  • Leverage company product and manufacturing capabilities to boost brand awareness and market penetration in the assigned region.
  • Execute the regional annual sales plan by breaking down and delivering sales targets.
  • Collect and organize relevant market information and customer requirements.
  • Analyze market trends to extract actionable insights, research the competitive landscape, and support the company in improving market competitiveness.
  • Gather and analyze data on competitors and their products, conduct related research, and propose suggestions to enhance product competitiveness.
  • Organize and participate in marketing and sales activities, including local exhibitions, industry forums, promotional events, and customer visits.
  • Cooperate with different departments to coordinate internal resources, including pre-sales technical support, solution design, project implementation, and after-sales service.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer demands and high-quality project delivery to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Complete other work as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
  • Proficiency in the local language of the target market.
  • Possess an extensive local customer network and solid client relationships, with the ability to maintain long-term communication with key customers.
  • Sound technical knowledge of solar energy storage systems, inverters, and energy storage batteries.
  • Ability to understand and communicate customers’ technical and engineering requirements, and efficiently coordinate with the company’s R&D team to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical solutions.
