About the Role

PayTabs Global is seeking a Sales Representative SMB to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing the entire process of attracting and converting leads into customers for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs). The primary objective is to enhance the quantity and quality of leads generated through inbound marketing strategies, while also optimizing the conversion funnel to transform these leads into paying customers.

Lead Generation and Conversion

• Implement plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and incentives.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify improvements in the lead conversion process.
• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess inbound lead quality.
• Stay informed on inbound marketing trends and best practices, integrating new opportunities to enhance performance.

Merchant Engagement and Support

• Manage merchant relationships effectively.
• Maximize merchant transaction volumes.
• Activate dormant merchant accounts.
• Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Engage customers in professional conversations.
• Manage rejections calmly and professionally.
• Maintain a personable and friendly communication style.

Collaboration and Operational Duties

• Collaborate with Underwriting, Activation, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive inbound strategy, sharing data and insights.
• Contribute effectively as a team member.
• Adhere to established communication scripts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related subject.
• 1 to 3 years of demonstrated sales experience in the Fintech vertical.
