About the Role

Visara Partners is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves promoting and selling Alwasail Industrial Company’s products, including HDPE pipes, fittings, and accessories, to customers and prospective clients within the East Region. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding specific needs, and delivering effective solutions to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, including HDPE pipes, fittings, and accessories, to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Actively engage in promoting and selling products through various channels, including direct sales, presentations, and participation in industry events.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers and prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences to better serve them.
• Regularly interact with customers to assess their needs, respond to inquiries, and provide outstanding service.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements and offer tailored solutions that align with their goals.
• Effectively address customer concerns and issues, ensuring quick resolution and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets by developing innovative sales strategies and actively pursuing new leads.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and leveraging CRM systems to forecast and manage sales activities.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to management.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments (marketing, logistics) to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
• Work with the Projects team to support product installations and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, particularly within the HDPE and rubber products markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools to track customer interactions and sales activities.
