Role Overview:
This full-time, on-site position will be crucial in identifying and engaging potential business clients, managing their relationships, and driving sales strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and real estate sectors.
• Conduct client visits, networking, and participate in business events to generate leads.
• Deliver customized presentations and proposals, showcasing ATRIUM's services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Collaborate with Design, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
• Monitor market trends and prepare sales reports for strategic planning.

Core Competencies:

• Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on relationship building.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 35 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fit-out or furniture sectors.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong network in corporate/hospitality sectors is preferred.
• Residing in Riyadh or willing to relocate immediately.

Key Accountabilities

• Identify potential clients and schedule appointments to generate new business across all product categories.
• Fill sales applications, collect necessary legal documents, and submit orders based on price lists.
• Approach new customers within the assigned territory to meet sales targets.
• Implement sales activities, such as new launches and promotions, to increase market share.
• Monitor customer inventory and prepare replenishment orders as needed.
• Ensure company standards are met by conducting market research and monitoring competitors.
• Collect invoices and payments in a timely manner to avoid overdue situations.
• Follow up on customer account statements to ensure prompt credit notes and financial compensations.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field
• 25 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of sales principles and practices
• Adaptability to changing market condition and customer needs
• Customer-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service
• Fluent in English and Arabic
