About the Sales Specialist, Data & AI Security Role
Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking experienced Sales Specialists to drive growth in its innovative Data & AI Security business. Following the acquisition of Securiti AI, a leader in AI-powered data security posture management (DSPM), this full-time role focuses exclusively on Securiti AI solutions. Role Context and Collaboration
In this position, you will collaborate closely with Veeam account executives to cross-sell Securiti AI solutions into Veeam’s existing customer base, secure new business, and expand current Securiti AI accounts. You will operate within a shared territory alongside multiple Account Executives, supported by a dedicated Securiti AI solution engineer for technical engagements. Veeam provides robust go-to-market resources to support customer success. This role offers strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a territory plan to generate repeatable revenue within assigned accounts.
- Partner with account executives to identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities for Securiti AI solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, acting as a trusted advisor and presenting compelling business cases to clients.
- Oversee a pipeline of high-value opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key channel partners and resellers to accelerate deal flow and market penetration.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated success in closing complex enterprise software deals.
- 10-15+ years of experience in security software sales.
- Extensive experience managing multithreaded sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Established relationships with C-suite executives and channel partners within large enterprises.
- A deep understanding of enterprise software sales, with a focus on data security, data management, or cybersecurity.
- A reputation for integrity, honesty, and building enduring customer relationships.
Work Environment and Type
This is a full-time position. Veeam leverages robust go-to-market resources to ensure customer success and provides support from dedicated solution engineers for technical engagements.
