The Role: Sales & Tenders Specialist

We are seeking a Sales & Tenders Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a professional with experience in business development, quotation preparation, and tender management within the engineering consulting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, preparing comprehensive proposals, and managing tender documentation and submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both government and private sectors.
• Search for and monitor tender opportunities through Etimad and other relevant platforms.
• Review tender documents, scopes of work, and submission requirements.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, commercial proposals, and complete tender submission packages.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to gather required technical and commercial information.
• Ensure all required documents, certificates, and supporting materials are complete before submission.
• Submit tenders within deadlines and follow up on their progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Prepare company profiles, capability statements, and presentation materials when required.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, proposals, tenders, and sales activities.
• Support contract negotiations and contribute to closing new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in an engineering consultancy, construction company, or a related engineering field is required.
• A good understanding of tender procedures, documentation, and submission requirements.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close coordination with internal technical teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of proposals.
