Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential prospects for diagnostic products and solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Follow up on sales leads to convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers, laboratories, and other essential stakeholders.
• Address product inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely product deliveries and uphold high service standards.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales planning strategies.
• Participate in local industry events or conferences to represent RaiDx Diagnostics.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and emerging market trends.
• Support training initiatives for both clients and internal staff regarding diagnostic products and solutions.
