About the Role

Technogym is seeking a Sales Transformation & Training Manager to join its international team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires over 10 years of experience and plays a crucial role in developing the country's sales organization. Following a two-month induction at Technogym's HQ in Cesena, Italy, the successful candidate will collaborate with the Top Management Team to implement the Technogym Sales Process, conduct data analysis, and deliver training.

Role Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to build a top-tier sales organization within the industry. This involves driving sales effectiveness, ensuring the adoption of sales processes and tools, and fostering a data-driven approach to sales management. The position offers opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage the local sales force to fully adopt and implement the Technogym Sales Process (GSN).
  • Act as a Sales Business Partner to the Managing Director and Sales Manager/Director to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Coordinate local training and coaching sessions for the sales team.
  • Coach the sales team on the proper and full utilization of the CRM system.
  • Map current processes, identify gaps, define recovery action plans, and ensure their execution.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, conduct analyses, and drive business decisions through data insights.
  • Define improvement actions, recovery plans, and a clear roadmap for sales development.
  • Ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about and actively selling the Total Technogym Solution.
  • Promote value- and solution-based selling, focusing on measurable ROI for customers.
  • Conduct shadowing visits with Field Sales and Telesales teams to provide feedback and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Conduct monthly GSN reviews with HQ.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A proven track record of over 10 years in sales, consistently meeting targets across software/digital solutions and physical products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities for data-driven decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being ideal.
  • Strong change management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse sales teams.
  • Fluency in both English and the local language.
  • A data mindset and analytical approach.
  • Passion for wellness and fitness.
  • Background in luxury goods and digital business environments is preferred.
