About the Role

Cordoba Eye Trading Co is seeking a dedicated Salesperson to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, including homeowners, interior designers, and contractors, within the showroom. The objective is to drive sales by providing expert consultations, managing the complete customer journey, and acting as a specialist advisor to guide clients in selecting ideal tile solutions that meet their specific functional and aesthetic requirements. The company is committed to ensuring a high-standard experience from initial greeting through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients within the showroom environment.
• Drive sales by providing expert consultations and guidance on tile solutions.
• Manage the full customer journey from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Act as a specialist advisor, assisting clients in selecting appropriate tile products based on their functional and aesthetic needs.
• Meet monthly sales targets while consistently maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate technical details of products to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Negotiate sales agreements and terms with clients.
• Manage multiple client files and maintain consistent follow-up on leads.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the tiles or construction finishes industry.
• Bachelor's degree is highly recommended.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication.
• Proven ability to communicate technical details clearly.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets.
• Ability to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in managing multiple client files.
• Consistent follow-up on leads.
• Must be a Saudi National.
