About the Role

Sisco is seeking an experienced SAP Presales Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in SAP, capable of leading end-to-end presales activities for significant SAP transformation engagements. The consultant will collaborate with clients, sales teams, SAP, technology partners, and delivery leadership to develop solutions, create proposals, and drive successful deal conversions.

Role Context

The SAP Presales Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through their SAP transformation journey, from initial opportunity qualification to contract closure. This involves engaging with senior business stakeholders to understand their challenges and strategic objectives, then translating these into comprehensive SAP strategies and value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP presales engagements, from opportunity qualification through proposal development and contract closure.
• Engage with CXO and senior business stakeholders to identify business challenges, transformation priorities, and strategic objectives.
• Develop SAP transformation strategies, solution roadmaps, architectures, business cases, and differentiated value propositions.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and technical-commercial client discussions.
• Define solution scope, architecture, delivery approach, effort estimates, commercials, and implementation timelines.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, Statements of Work, executive presentations, and business cases for major SAP opportunities.
• Collaborate with SAP, hyperscalers, technology partners, sales teams, and delivery leadership to develop commercially viable joint solutions.
• Identify and support opportunities involving S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, Ariba, EWM, SuccessFactors, Analytics/SAC, Signavio, integration, and cloud technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Over 8-15+ years of experience in SAP.
• SAP Presales & Solutioning: Strong capability in leading SAP opportunity qualification, solution development, proposals, and deal support.
• SAP S/4HANA Transformation: Extensive understanding of S/4HANA transformation programs, roadmaps, architecture, and implementation considerations.
• RFP/RFI & Proposal Management: Ability to lead complex responses, Statements of Work (SoWs), presentations, business cases, and executive-level proposals.
• SAP Commercials & Delivery Models: Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, effort estimation, commercials, delivery approaches, and timelines.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage CXOs and senior stakeholders and communicate complex transformation propositions effectively.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis. The consultant will work within a dynamic environment, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
