SAP S/ HANA FICO Consultant

About the Role

Systems Arabia is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on providing functional support, enhancements, and optimization for SAP Finance and Controlling processes within client environments. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA FICO modules, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Support financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Cash Management, Cost Centers, and Budget Control.
• Analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery.
• Support integration efforts with Oracle HCM, various payroll systems, and external government platforms.
• Perform system testing, support approved production changes, and resolve integration issues.
• Assist with financial closing activities, VAT/e-invoicing processes, reporting, and the creation of user documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including specific experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Possession of an SAP S/4HANA Finance certification (C_TS4FI, C_TS4CO series, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in 2-3 SAP implementation or support projects.
• Experience working with organizations in the Saudi public sector.
• Strong knowledge of key SAP S/4HANA Finance concepts, including Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, Business Partner, Fiori applications, and Funds Management.
• Experience with system integrations, including IDocs, APIs, and ITSM tools.
