The Role of Saudi Networking Engineer

Exequt is seeking a skilled Saudi Networking Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing, implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting the enterprise network infrastructure. The primary objective is to ensure the high availability, security, and performance of network systems that support critical business operations, encompassing LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 technical support to end users through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, various applications, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain user workstations and associated software.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access controls using Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Support endpoint security measures, including antivirus/EDR solutions, encryption, and device compliance.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements.
• Create, update, and close incidents and service requests within the ITSM/ticketing system.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and hardware.
• Escalate complex technical issues to specialized infrastructure, network, security, or application teams as required.
• Prepare basic technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-base articles.
• Adhere to established IT security policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in network engineering and IT support. Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and managing user access via Active Directory / Entra ID is essential. Experience with endpoint security solutions and ITSM systems is also required.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to support enterprise network infrastructure and end-user systems.
