About the Savills SKOOL Internship Program

Savills Saudi Arabia offers Tamheer internship opportunities for fresh graduates in Riyadh. This program, known as Savills SKOOL, is designed to provide participants with hands-on experience, professional skill development, and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in an international environment. The internship duration is approximately 4–6 months, with the final period agreed upon prior to joining.

Internship Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking candidates for the following internship roles:

Contracts & Claims Analyst Intern

• Drafting and reviewing construction and consultancy contracts, including FIDIC-based contracts.
• Contract administration, risk identification, and contractual compliance.
• Preparing contractual correspondence, notices, and formal letters.
• Supporting the preparation and assessment of EOT, prolongation, disruption, and other contractual claims.
• Reviewing project documentation and records relevant to claims and disputes.
• Conducting legal and contractual research, particularly within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Assisting with contractual assessments, client advice, and dispute avoidance and resolution.

Cost Management Intern

• Cost estimation, budgeting, and cost planning.
• Quantity measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
• Tender analysis and commercial comparisons.
• Cost monitoring, variations, and payment assessments.
• Cost reporting, value engineering, and market research.

Project Engineer Intern

• Project planning, coordination, and progress monitoring.
• Reviewing drawings and technical documents.
• Preparing reports and project trackers.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitoring risks, quality, safety, and project changes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should be fresh graduates with 0-1 years of experience, seeking an internship opportunity in the real estate industry.
