About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Security Architecture Senior Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on defining and governing enterprise, solution, and domain architecture strategies within the Accenture Security practice. You will play a key role in developing and implementing advanced security solutions that blend risk strategy, digital identity, cyber defense, application security, and managed services.

Role Overview

Accenture Security provides comprehensive services to help organizations mitigate risks and leverage advanced technologies. As a Security Architecture Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding architectural principles, standards, and reference architectures. Your work will involve balancing critical factors such as scalability, security, performance, cost, and delivery speed in all architecture decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of translating business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps and ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise, solution, and domain architecture strategies.
• Own and maintain architectural principles, standards, and reference architectures.
• Lead and mentor solution and enterprise architects across various teams.
• Review and approve major system designs, integrations, and technology selections.
• Balance scalability, security, performance, cost, and delivery speed in architecture decisions.
• Partner with engineering, security, product, and infrastructure leaders to align execution with architecture.
• Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, legacy transformation, and platform consolidation.
• Identify and manage architectural risk, technical debt, and long-term sustainability.
• Translate business strategy into clear, actionable technical roadmaps.
• Present architecture decisions and tradeoffs to senior leadership and executives.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software, systems, or infrastructure architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience leading architects or senior technical leaders.
• Demonstrated experience in data security architecture or application security architecture, including architectural design and implementation.
• Proven experience designing and governing large-scale, distributed systems.
• A strong background in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid architectures.
• A deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data architectures, and platform design.
• The ability to make difficult tradeoffs and defend decisions with factual evidence.
• Strong executive communication skills, characterized by clarity, conciseness, and credibility.
