About the Role

Yamama Cement is seeking a Senior Analytical Instruments Technician to join their team in the Riyadh Region. This full-time position involves the maintenance and calibration of critical laboratory equipment to ensure accurate analytical results.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain PGNAA and XRF analyzers.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
• Conduct performance verification to ensure the accuracy of analytical results.
• Coordinate maintenance and calibration activities with external service providers.
• Maintain comprehensive records of calibration, maintenance, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
• Manage reference materials and standard samples used in laboratory analysis.

Required Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Instrumentation & Control, or a related field.
• Between 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience with analytical laboratory instruments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with PGNAA and XRF systems is preferred.
• Experience working in cement or industrial laboratories is advantageous.
