The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Associate - SME Account Management (Pipeline) to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to our retail sales operations, focusing on the direct sale of specific BUPA products to retail customers based on generated leads. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing directly to the achievement of retail sales business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for calls, visits, and proposals.
  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calls, territory management, referrals, and CRM systems.
  • Ensure the timely submission of quotations within departmental KPIs, specifically within 72 hours.
  • Maintain high standards in all written correspondence in both Arabic and English.
  • Achieve established renewal book targets.
  • Manage and track all stages of the sales pipeline, from prospect identification, initial contact, meetings, and follow-ups, through to pricing, agreement signature, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Oversee premium collection in strict accordance with Finance policy and Bupa Arabia's credit control policy, aiming for 100% outstanding collection.
  • Submit daily sales reports to the Team Leader and provide a monthly report detailing all won and lost accounts.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor practices, relaying relevant intelligence to retail sales management.
  • Meet minimum weekly sales call standards and ensure the timely completion of all reporting and forecasting activities.
  • Guarantee complete customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.
  • Follow up on customer queries and requests that require coordination with other departments, such as Membership, Customer Service, Pre-Auth, Claim, and Finance.
  • Conduct monthly client visits, or as needed, to cultivate strong relationships and implement loyalty programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements of SAMA (Saudi Central Bank) and CCHI (Council of Cooperative Health Insurance) to mitigate compliance risks.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience, demonstrating foundational sales acumen.
  • Proficiency in written communication in both Arabic and English is essential.

  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

  • Understanding of regulatory compliance within the insurance sector.
