About the Role

Marsh is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving growth within the insurance sector by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating client relationships. The role offers a competitive salary, commission, and benefits package.

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding Marsh's client base within partnership schemes. Your primary objective will be to identify and acquire new clients through proactive engagement and strategic relationship building. This role is part of the Sales Division and requires a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging partnerships.
  • Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to expand professional networks.
  • Conduct research and develop strategic plans for customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to increase penetration of Marsh's solutions.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and close sales proposals for Marsh's product suite.
  • Assist in preparing due diligence reports and presentations for client requests.
  • Deliver presentations and provide guidance to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Consistently work to exceed sales performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate client interaction records within the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about current trends in Medical and Non-Medical Insurance Products.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and close relationships.
  • An energetic and positive attitude, with the capacity to perform well under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.

Additional Strengths

Candidates who possess prior experience in sales across multiple lines of insurance solutions and have demonstrated success in proactively hunting for new business will be particularly well-suited for this role.
