About the Role

stc is seeking a Senior Commercial Contracts Analyst to join their team in Riyadh. This is a contract position focused on the preparation, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts to ensure balanced risk allocation and high-quality outcomes for the CBU cluster.

Role Overview

The Senior Commercial Contracts Analyst will play a key role in managing the legal aspects of contracts for the CBU cluster. This involves ensuring that all contractual agreements are legally sound, protect the company's interests, and are executed efficiently. The role operates under a business partner model, requiring close collaboration with designated business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate CBU cluster contracts and amendments to ensure balanced risk allocation and high-quality outcomes.
• Lead legal negotiations related to the preparation, amendment, or review of CBU cluster contracts.
• Develop and update standardized contracts and special nature contracts tailored to the specific needs of the CBU cluster.
• Provide legal advice on existing CBU contracts to safeguard the group's interests.
• Participate in working teams and committees to offer legal support for CBU cluster contracts, projects, and initiatives as required.
• Ensure the generation of high-quality contracts.
• Maintain proper reporting processes to higher management regarding material issues, work progress, and accomplishments.
• Manage the outsourcing of CBU cluster contracts legal services, including selection, oversight of delivery, and sign-off of deliverables.
• Organize and deliver workshops and training sessions related to CBU contracts for beneficiary units.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in contract analysis and negotiation. A strong understanding of legal principles related to commercial contracts is essential.
