About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist in Contracts Management to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the company's contract management functions, ensuring all contractual obligations are met, risks are effectively managed, and projects proceed smoothly in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction contract documents, including templates and RFP packages, to ensure full compliance.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies in coordination with project teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders regarding contract terms and actions.
• Conduct financial due diligence on contractors and prepare detailed award analyses.
• Assist in developing negotiation approaches and document agreements derived from meetings.
• Ensure limitation of company exposure in non-standard contracts and maintain adherence to internal contracting policies.
• Contribute to the Bid Review Program (BRP) by providing data-driven insights.
• Prepare reports and analyses related to contract performance and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in contracts management, preferably within the construction or real estate sectors.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management principles, and contract negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in contract management tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
