Role Overview

Assystem Radicon is seeking a Senior Developer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading application development, ensuring adherence to technical standards, and supporting the full lifecycle of software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in relevant tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of approved applications, customizations, and platform extensions in line with specified requirements and architecture.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce secure coding practices, and ensure compliance with development standards.
• Develop and execute automated and unit tests, and support performance, regression, and security testing activities.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex defects and Level 3 (L3) production incidents.
• Prepare release packages and support deployment, rollback, and hypercare activities.
• Maintain source code repositories, version control, and change management records.
• Provide documentation and evidence for testing, code quality, deployment validation, and production defect resolution.
• Conduct production issue analysis, root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Document maintainable solutions, technical designs, configurations, and support procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in application development.
• Demonstrated experience across all highlighted tools and technologies relevant to the responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead development efforts and ensure adherence to technical standards.
• Experience in secure coding practices and quality assurance processes.
