About the Role

AWS EMEA SARL (Saudi Arabia Branch) is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for Professional Services in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading AWS consultants, partners, and client teams to deliver cloud products and services that help customers achieve their business objectives. The focus is on leveraging the full AWS platform to remove constraints and accelerate the customer journey to AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects independently and contribute as part of larger teams.
• Own work streams from end-to-end, understanding customer outcomes and leading delivery.
• Manage customer expectations, proactively handle risks, and ensure effective governance.
• Deliver solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with AWS team members, stakeholders, and customer counterparts.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction as a key driver of work.
• Apply Amazon Leadership Principles, engage with other teams for knowledge sharing, and participate in recruitment and onboarding.

Daily Activities

AWS Professional Services engages in a variety of projects, providing collective AWS customer experience and best practices. The team collaborates across the AWS organization to access product, service, and training teams, delivering solutions and driving feature innovations for customers across all industries. Engagement Managers assist customers in making decisions to meet technical and business objectives by providing best practices and proactively identifying and addressing project gaps.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to lead teams through high-impact projects utilizing cloud infrastructure and platform technologies.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
