About the Role

Trivers is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Specialist to manage and support all Human Resources functions within a construction environment in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in HR, focusing on comprehensive support for a dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical, engineering, project, and corporate positions.
  • Develop manpower plans in coordination with project and department requirements.
  • Oversee Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance and nationalization initiatives.
  • Handle employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies.
  • Coordinate with project managers and department heads regarding manpower and workforce planning.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor attendance, manage leave, and administer employee benefits.
  • Liaise with government platforms and authorities including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and the Ministry of Human Resources.
  • Support performance management and employee development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics for management review.
  • Participate in HR process improvement and organizational development projects.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of HR experience, with a strong preference for experience within Construction, Contracting, Engineering, or Industrial sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and Saudization management.
  • Proficiency in Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
  • Experience handling large and diverse workforces.
  • Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi) are considered a plus.

Preferred Background

Candidates with prior experience in construction, contracting, facilities management, or project-based organizations will be highly regarded. Familiarity with mobilization and demobilization processes for project staff is also beneficial. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities is essential.

Required Skills

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role. The Senior HR Specialist will be expected to manage complex HR functions and provide effective support to the organization.
