About the Role
Trivers is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Specialist to manage and support all Human Resources functions within a construction environment in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in HR, focusing on comprehensive support for a dynamic workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical, engineering, project, and corporate positions.
- Develop manpower plans in coordination with project and department requirements.
- Oversee Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance and nationalization initiatives.
- Handle employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies.
- Coordinate with project managers and department heads regarding manpower and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor attendance, manage leave, and administer employee benefits.
- Liaise with government platforms and authorities including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and the Ministry of Human Resources.
- Support performance management and employee development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics for management review.
- Participate in HR process improvement and organizational development projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of HR experience, with a strong preference for experience within Construction, Contracting, Engineering, or Industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and Saudization management.
- Proficiency in Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
- Experience handling large and diverse workforces.
- Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi) are considered a plus.
Preferred Background
Candidates with prior experience in construction, contracting, facilities management, or project-based organizations will be highly regarded. Familiarity with mobilization and demobilization processes for project staff is also beneficial. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities is essential.
Required Skills
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role. The Senior HR Specialist will be expected to manage complex HR functions and provide effective support to the organization.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role is integral to supporting the HR operations within the construction industry.
