About the Role

Bothina Design is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a creative professional with experience in interior fit-out projects, site supervision, and contracting coordination. The role requires strong design capabilities and practical knowledge of execution, project management, materials, and on-site coordination to ensure successful and timely project delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, including space planning and presentation materials.
• Produce design documentation such as detailed drawings, mood boards, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversee site activities to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and work progress to identify and address potential issues.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress and resolve technical or design challenges.
• Manage contractor negotiations, coordinate procurement, and oversee vendor relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in interior design, with a focus on fit-out projects, site supervision, and contracting coordination.
• A robust understanding of construction details, materials, and interior design execution processes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Interior Design principles and practices.
• Expertise in Space Planning and developing Presentation Materials.
• Skilled in creating Detailed Drawings, Mood Boards, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and Material Specifications.
• Excellent coordination abilities with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Strong capabilities in Site Supervision and Project Management.
• Proficiency in monitoring timelines, budgets, and work progress.
• Experience in conducting Site Inspections and Issue Resolution.
• Adept at Contractor Negotiations, Procurement Coordination, and Vendor Management.
