About the Role
HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager Groceries to join its team in Riyadh. This role focuses on managing and growing key accounts within the grocery sector, contributing to the company's mission of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for account growth aligned with best practices and HungerStation values.
- Analyze market data, competitor activities, emerging trends, and client needs to inform strategy.
- Lead internal projects with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for portfolio management and growth.
- Understand client requirements and identify new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
- Achieve non-commercial revenue targets and maintain operational metrics to ensure portfolio profitability and sustainable growth.
- Mitigate partner churn risks through strategic planning and proactive engagement.
- Prepare and present high-quality monthly and quarterly business review reports for key accounts.
- Support and mentor Key Account Management (KAM) teams to enhance their performance and target achievement.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of HungerStation's business, offerings, competitors, and the industry landscape.
- Lead internal sales department projects and campaigns from planning through to execution.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and processes to ensure consistent and controlled daily operations.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, practices, cost-effectiveness, and productivity.
- Promote the implementation and adherence to policies and procedures among colleagues.
- Manage the onboarding queue for new shops in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring process alignment.
- Ensure work continuity by following daily operational procedures.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports to meet requirements and objectives.
- Ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers by addressing their needs courteously and promptly.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, operations, or account management.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software (*, Microsoft Office Suite).
Required Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective negotiation skills.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. HungerStation operates as part of the Delivery Hero Group, a global local delivery platform.
