About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager - Residential Projects, Governance & Reporting to support the Residential Business Unit. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of experience. The position serves as a central point of control for critical governance submissions and executive reporting across the residential portfolio.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager will manage governance submissions, executive reporting, and committee coordination for the Residential portfolio. This includes overseeing Stage Gate reviews, Development Committee, N-1 / N-2 Committee, and other leadership submissions, ensuring all materials are clear, complete, aligned, and ready for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate governance submissions, committee packs, Stage Gate reviews, and leadership presentations.
  • Develop clear, concise, decision-led materials with defined asks, risks, recommendations, and required approvals.
  • Consolidate inputs from Development, Delivery, Commercial, Cost Planning, Finance, Strategy, CDU, MDU, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all submissions adhere to Qiddiya governance standards, templates, and approval processes.
  • Track approvals, actions, conditions, and follow-ups from governance forums through to closure.
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment prior to submissions to minimize late changes and enhance approval success.
  • Support the continuous improvement of governance templates, checklists, reporting tools, and submission processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, PMO, governance, reporting, or portfolio coordination.
  • Experience supporting large-scale residential, mixed-use, masterplan, or giga-project environments.
  • Strong understanding of governance processes, Stage Gate approvals, executive reporting, and committee submissions.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to create polished executive-level presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate inputs across multiple senior teams.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to translate complex project information into clear, decision-ready outputs.
  • Strong discipline in follow-up, action tracking, meeting minutes, and reporting.
  • GCC / Saudi project experience is preferred.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. Experience within the GCC or Saudi Arabia is preferred.
