About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Governance, Residential Projects and Reporting to support the Residential Business Unit. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on managing governance submissions, executive reporting, and committee coordination across the residential portfolio.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager will serve as the central point of control for key governance processes, including Stage Gate reviews, Development Committee, and N-1 / N-2 Committee submissions. The primary objective is to ensure all submitted materials are clear, complete, aligned with objectives, and ready for decision-making by leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate governance submissions, committee packs, Stage Gate reviews, and leadership presentations.
  • Develop clear, concise, and decision-oriented materials that define required asks, risks, recommendations, and approvals.
  • Consolidate inputs from various departments including Development, Delivery, Commercial, Cost Planning, Finance, Strategy, CDU, MDU, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all submissions adhere to Qiddiya's governance standards, templates, and approval processes.
  • Track approvals, actions, conditions, and follow-ups from governance forums through to their closure.
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment prior to submissions to minimize late changes and enhance approval success rates.
  • Support the continuous improvement of governance templates, checklists, reporting tools, and submission processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate development, project management, PMO, governance, reporting, or portfolio coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale residential, mixed-use, masterplan, or giga-project environments.
  • Strong understanding of governance processes, Stage Gate approvals, executive reporting, and committee submissions.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create polished executive-level presentations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate inputs across multiple senior teams.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to transform complex project information into clear, decision-ready outputs.
  • Strong discipline in follow-up, action tracking, meeting minutes, and reporting.
  • GCC / Saudi project experience is preferred.
