Mace Group is seeking a Senior Manager Stakeholder Management (M3) to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing and delivering stakeholder management services for various commissions.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager Stakeholder Management will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation and delivery of a range of stakeholder management services. This role supports commissions and provides line management leadership and guidance to others within the assigned Hub as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Mace's value of Safety First, demonstrating visible safety behaviors, sharing lessons learned, and utilizing safety moments and Mace's HSW framework to support the safety and wellbeing of all staff.
• Possess technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to the project portfolio.
• Promote a diverse and inclusive working environment and understand the importance of team wellbeing.
• Ensure robust quality systems are in place and managed in line with service excellence.
• Manage delivery from project inception/brief through design development, planning, contractor procurement, and construction phase, in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.
• Manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of senior leaders and project/client teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Manage project budgets and identify any risks, challenges, and mitigations.
• Support the long-term development of the function or Business Unit (BU) to create a sustainable business future.
• Commit to making a positive impact for people, clients, and the planet, and hold others accountable for upholding Mace values.
• Manage design and wider consultant teams collaboratively to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
• Lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practice, utilizing the knowledge of Mace Group, Centres of Excellence, Mace Way Control Centre, and Knowledge Hub.

• Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
• Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practice, and unlock potential across Mace.
• Lead stakeholder management strategies, frameworks, and service delivery across assigned commissions.
• Build trusted client, consultant, and contractor relationships to meet expectations and deliver outcomes.
• Govern standards, reporting, KPIs, risks, and compliance in line with Mace and client requirements.
• Mentor teams, integrate disciplines, support resourcing, and champion net zero carbon delivery.
