About the Role

ITQAN RASEEL is seeking a Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience, with a salary range of SAR 11,250 - SAR 15,000.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing new enterprise clients within Saudi Arabia, with a particular focus on Riyadh and surrounding regions. This includes:

  • Visiting and following up with target clients such as schools, hospitals, industrial parks, EPC contractors, facility management companies, telecom-related clients, government organizations, and large local companies.
  • Identifying client needs, project opportunities, budgets, decision-makers, and procurement timelines.
  • Arranging client meetings, product presentations, site visits, technical discussions, and proposal follow-ups.
  • Collaborating with internal technical, supply chain, marketing, and management teams to support project progress.
  • Maintaining a clear customer pipeline and submitting weekly business development reports.
  • Supporting quotation follow-up, contract negotiation, and coordinating payment collection.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, partners, consultants, contractors, and channel resources.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently based in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh.
  • A minimum of 4–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred: ICT / Telecom, ELV / Low Current Systems, IT Solutions / System Integration, Facility Management, Smart Building / Security / CCTV / Access Control, or Enterprise project sales.
  • A strong ability to develop new clients and open business opportunities.
  • Willingness to visit clients regularly and work in a result-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Transferable iqama is preferred.
  • A driving license and own car are preferred.
  • Ability to provide examples of previous B2B clients, projects, or business development achievements.
  • Comfort with regular reporting, pipeline management, and performance reviews.

Professional Skills

The role requires a candidate with proven capabilities in client acquisition and relationship management. Strong analytical skills are needed to identify client needs and market opportunities. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for client interactions and internal collaboration. The ability to manage a sales pipeline and deliver consistent reporting is also critical.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves significant client-facing activities and requires regular travel within the region. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic team environment, contributing to the company's growth and market presence.
