About the Role

Safari Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position will be instrumental in developing and executing the group’s marketing strategy across its various subsidiaries. The role is key to shaping Safari Group's brand positioning, driving marketing initiatives, and producing high-quality materials to support business growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of group-wide marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
• Contribute to defining brand positioning and messaging across subsidiaries.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
• Ensure a consistent brand identity across Safari Group and its subsidiaries.
• Support brand positioning across multiple sectors, including Facilities Management, Construction, and Technology.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, events, PR, and content.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution.
• Develop high-quality corporate presentations, pitch decks, and proposals.
• Support leadership and business teams with client-facing materials.
• Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, compelling content.
• Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics, preparing regular reports with insights.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and launches.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
• Experience in corporate or multi-business environments is considered a strong advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced presentation and storytelling skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong coordination and execution capabilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems is preferred.
