About the Role

Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is a new national airline focused on transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub. As a digitally native airline, Riyadh Air aims to connect the Kingdom to over 100 destinations. We are seeking a hands-on UX/UI designer to contribute to crafting seamless, high-quality digital experiences for both guest and staff-facing products. This role offers an opportunity to advance design expertise through collaboration with experienced designers, product managers, and engineers on end-to-end design projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Officer, Digital Experience Design will be actively involved across the full design lifecycle, from initial research to the development of polished, user-friendly interfaces. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting UX and UI design activities across multiple products and platforms.
• Contributing to user research, interaction design, and visual design, including usability testing, user journey mapping, and research documentation.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation.
• Applying design systems, UI components, and accessibility standards to ensure consistency and usability.
• Analyzing market trends and user insights to inform design decisions and enhance product value.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A degree qualification is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX, UI, and Product Design is essential.
• Hands-on expertise across interaction design, UX research, and usability testing is necessary.
• The ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling design concepts and visuals is a key requirement.
• Experience working with design systems is highly desirable.
• The ability to analyze market trends and user behavior is advantageous.
