About the Role

Next Match AI LLC is seeking a User Experience (UX) / User Interface (UI) Designer to manage the creative and interaction design of its digital product infrastructure. This includes web environments, mobile candidate interfaces, and data-intensive analytics dashboards. As the company's automated candidate matching engines and HR API client platforms scale commercially across North America and the GCC, optimizing user journeys, wireframe hierarchies, and interaction flows is a key priority. This is a full-time, 100% remote position for candidates residing in Saudi Arabia, with a liaison hub in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The role involves transforming complex technical capabilities and dataset patterns into intuitive, clean, and conversion-optimized digital interfaces. This position requires direct product interface design and user journey tracking, with daily collaboration with the core product and engineering hub in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect high-fidelity wireframes, interaction paths, and final user interfaces for desktop and mobile SaaS environments from abstract user stories, ensuring end-to-end product design.
• Design, maintain, and scale a comprehensive, atomic digital design system in Figma, ensuring design consistency across all developer release cycles.
• Audit current checkout paths, platform onboarding flows, and subscription dashboards to identify user friction and execute layouts that boost engagement and transaction completion, focusing on conversion-rate UX optimization.
• Build interactive click-through prototypes to rigorously test new features, map integration variables, and refine responsive dashboard data views.
• Conduct pixel-perfect design handoffs with front-end engineering teams, delivering structured asset files, design specifications, and CSS tokens.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A proven digital product portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of professional UX/UI Design experience within a fast-paced B2B SaaS platform, digital product agency, or consumer tech ecosystem. A live portfolio showcasing design system architecture and problem-solving processes is required.
• Deep, expert-level proficiency navigating Figma, including advanced auto-layout rules, interactive prototyping variables, components, and responsive grid behaviors.
• Strong comfort level transforming complex multi-step digital workflows, such as merchant checkout flows, registration wizards, or data filters, into minimal, low-friction experiences, demonstrating analytical interaction insight.
• Flawless professional verbal and written English communication skills, with a natural ability to pitch design decisions confidently to technical product managers and front-end engineering teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science, or equivalent high-tier practical portfolio credentials.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time, 100% remote position. Candidates must reside in Saudi Arabia. The role offers a salary range of SAR 19,800 – SAR 24,000 per month, tax-free, dependent on background depth and interactive systems design capabilities.
