Role Overview

This role supports the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of automation solutions within the enterprise systems department. The Senior Officer Product Enterprise Systems will lead the full lifecycle of automation products, encompassing RPA (UiPath), workflow automation, AI-driven automation, and system-to-system integrations. This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology partners, and delivery teams to design and implement automation solutions aligned with corporate objectives, the digital roadmap, and the operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and design optimized future-state workflows.
• Design and deliver automation solutions that support corporate objectives and the digital roadmap.
• Manage the lifecycle of automation products, including RPA, workflow automation, and AI-driven automation.
• Facilitate system-to-system integrations to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology partners, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Drive automation initiatives from concept through to delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a degree and demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in the following areas:

• Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• ServiceNow
• Oracle

A strong background in business analysis and process optimization is essential. Proven experience in driving automation projects from inception to completion is highly desirable.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Region.
