About the Role

Procapita Group is seeking a Senior Operations Manager Coffee Chain to lead the launch, build-out, and scaling of a new coffee concept in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations leadership within the retail food sector.

Role Context and Scope

This role offers a foundational opportunity to take complete ownership of the operational roadmap, guiding the brand from its initial launch towards a multi-store presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As the first senior operations hire, the manager will be responsible for all operational aspects, from supply chain setup to daily store floor execution, operating without an established corporate support structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the operational roadmap, successfully launching the new coffee brand and leading its multi-store expansion across KSA.
• Spend significant time on the frontlines during the initial launch phase to master all aspects of individual store workflows, service standards, and frontline training, establishing a robust operational blueprint.
• Establish and manage the entire supply chain network from inception, including sourcing raw ingredients and beans, equipment procurement, vendor contract negotiations, and localized distribution logistics.
• Manage operational budgets, optimize store-level labor and food costs, and maximize unit economics to ensure sustainable growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead frontline store managers and baristas, embedding high performance standards into the workplace culture.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Direct experience expanding a coffee or retail food concept at the unit level through its critical early growth phases.
• A clear track record of managing procurement, logistics, and retail operations independently without relying on heavily siloed corporate support departments.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on the operational launch and expansion of a new coffee brand within the Kingdom.
