Senior Performance Executive

About the Role

Stagwell Media MENA is recruiting for a Senior Performance Executive to join its growing Paid Media team. This full-time position is based in the Riyadh office, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of paid search and paid social strategies aligned with client KPIs and commercial objectives.
• Independently build and launch paid search and paid social campaigns, translating strategy into effective execution.
• Optimise campaigns using advanced knowledge of bidding strategies, creative and keyword management, audience targeting, and platform best practices.
• Support budget pacing, forecasting, and performance projections across accounts.
• Build clear, insight-led reporting for weekly, quarterly, and annual client reviews.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear actions for both internal teams and clients.
• Develop and implement structured testing roadmaps across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Stay up to date with platform innovations across Google Marketing Platform and Paid Social, ensuring best practice adoption.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing and paid media execution.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor; SA360 experience is preferred.
• Hands-on Paid Social experience across Meta and TikTok; experience with additional platforms is a bonus.
• Experience with Paid Social DCO platforms (*, Smartly, Flashtalking, Stitcher) is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and digital analytics platforms.
