About the Role

Mina Excellence is seeking a Senior Presales Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing technical expertise to support the sales and business development functions by designing technical solutions, preparing proposals, and responding to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing customer requirements, RFPs, RFQs, tender documents, and project specifications.
• Preparing technical proposals, compliance statements, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical submittals.
• Designing and architecting solutions for ICT, Low Current, ELV, and related systems.
• Conducting site surveys and technical assessments to define customer needs and project parameters.
• Coordinating with vendors and manufacturers for quotations, designs, and solution validation.
• Providing pricing input, cost breakdowns, and quotation support for commercial submissions.
• Supporting the sales team during customer meetings, presentations, and joint visits.
• Explaining proposed designs and solutions to customers, contractors, and consultants.
• Reviewing project scope, identifying technical risks, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Supporting the handover of projects to delivery teams post-award.
• Determining the resources required for project completion and supporting implementation readiness.
• Ensuring response times and proposal quality meet approved Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and governance requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Presales for ICT, ELV, Low Current, or Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in solution design, BOQ preparation, technical proposals, and compliance statements.
• Solid understanding of networking, low current systems, cybersecurity, or system integration solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Effective customer-facing abilities.
• Vendor certifications are considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, customers, consultants, and vendors.
