About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - Destination Experience to join their team in Riyadh Province. This full-time position focuses on enhancing the overall visitor experience across the Qiddiya destination, ensuring memorable and seamless interactions that align with the company's vision.

Role Purpose

The Senior Specialist - Destination Experience will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing guest interactions and elevating the visitor journey. This role requires a strategic approach to guest satisfaction and engagement, contributing to Qiddiya's position as a premier entertainment and lifestyle destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement destination experience strategies to improve guest satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive experience delivery.
  • Analyze visitor feedback, data, and behavioral trends to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Lead the development of customer journey maps and experience innovation projects.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of experience initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors to maintain service standards.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in destination experience management.
  • Develop training materials to foster a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience, destination management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful customer experience strategies.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and innovation.
  • Proficiency in customer experience management tools and software is considered a plus.
