About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - Destination Experience to join their team in Riyadh Province. This full-time position focuses on enhancing the overall visitor experience across the Qiddiya destination, ensuring memorable and seamless interactions that align with the company's vision.
Role Purpose
The Senior Specialist - Destination Experience will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing guest interactions and elevating the visitor journey. This role requires a strategic approach to guest satisfaction and engagement, contributing to Qiddiya's position as a premier entertainment and lifestyle destination.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement destination experience strategies to improve guest satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive experience delivery.
- Analyze visitor feedback, data, and behavioral trends to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Lead the development of customer journey maps and experience innovation projects.
- Monitor the effectiveness of experience initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to maintain service standards.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in destination experience management.
- Develop training materials to foster a customer-centric culture.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience, destination management, or related roles.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful customer experience strategies.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and innovation.
- Proficiency in customer experience management tools and software is considered a plus.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role requires collaboration across various internal teams and external partners.
