Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and progress of strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Analyze performance metrics and propose improvements to enhance strategy execution.
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain focus on strategic goals and timelines.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive management on strategic progress.
• Support the creation of governance frameworks and operating models to facilitate strategy delivery.
• Facilitate strategic planning meetings to ensure alignment and integration of departmental objectives.
• Identify market trends and challenges that could influence strategic direction.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to align strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy oversight, project management, or a similar area.
