Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Specialist, Events Strategy to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to the strategic development and coordination of event planning across the diverse asset classes within the Qiddiya project, contributing to a city-wide events framework.

Role Overview

The Specialist, Events Strategy supports the comprehensive development, coordination, and optimization of event planning across multiple asset classes and at a city-wide level. This position ensures strategic alignment, effective scheduling, and the delivery of high-impact events. The role achieves this through structured planning, insight-driven decision-making, and the implementation of robust operating frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of asset-specific event calendars across event-hosting assets.
• Coordinate with Asset Class Owners to consolidate input and maintain visibility of planned events.
• Identify opportunities to optimize calendar distribution across the year, ensuring seasonality and event distribution balance.
• Support the development of key event enablers, including operating models, governance structures, and delivery frameworks.
• Assist in the development of event sourcing and partnership frameworks.
• Contribute to visitation forecasting and high-level financial planning for identified events.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, strategy delivery, or similar roles.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on large-scale development and event strategy within a transformative project.
