Senior Specialist Investor Relations and Corporate Governance

About the Role

Jobskey is seeking a Senior Specialist, Investor Relations and Corporate Governance to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on supporting and executing investor relations and corporate governance activities for the company and its subsidiaries.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Specialist will operate under the direction of the Director, supporting key functions such as shareholder communication, board and committee secretariat duties, and compliance with Saudi Exchange and CMA disclosure requirements. The role also involves general assembly administration and subsidiary governance, with responsibilities expanding as the group's obligations grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the working-level contact for the major shareholder's office regarding governance submissions, information requests, and approvals, under the Director's supervision.
• Monitor the shareholder register and ownership changes through Edaa and Saudi Exchange reporting, providing management with briefs on movements.
• Prepare investor presentations, results materials, fact sheets, and IR web content in both Arabic and English for Director review and approval.
• Handle shareholder and investor enquiries, logging them, responding within policy guidelines, and escalating material or sensitive matters to the Director as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to support investor relations and corporate governance functions.
