BAE Systems is currently seeking a Senior Supply Accountant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position open exclusively to Saudi Nationals.

Role Summary

The Senior Supply Accountant will play a key role within the Directorate of Supply, overseeing financial operations and managing a financial team. This position involves comprehensive financial control across RSAF supply departments, including direct contracts for SBDCP platforms. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on financial monitoring, reporting, and advisory functions to ensure effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the financial team members within the Directorate of Supply.
  • Manage and control all finances within the RSAF supply departments, including direct contracts for SBDCP platforms.
  • Monitor and control all spending activities across RSAF airbases, encompassing forecasting, planning, and annual financial budgeting.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Allocate funds for airbases through the MIRO GOLDesp applications system for Saudi British Cooperation Program direct contracts.
  • Advise the contract and finance officer on all financial issues related to the Directorate of Supply.
  • Represent the RSAF at Financial Reviews.
  • Assist BAE Systems CMS management in the directorate as requested.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Preferably holds one of the following certifications: CPA, CIA, or CISA.
  • Extensive experience in budgeting and finance roles.
  • Proficiency in mathematical skills for statistical analysis.
  • Sound knowledge of the RSAF MIRO GOLDesp system.
