alfanar Group is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analysis professional to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 4-6 years of experience and focuses on translating business needs into functional ServiceNow requirements.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to analyze business needs and translate them into clear ServiceNow functional requirements. The individual will coordinate with stakeholders throughout the solution design, testing, and implementation phases to ensure that delivered functionality meets agreed-upon requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business needs to define clear ServiceNow functional requirements.
• Develop user stories that effectively communicate required functionality and expected outcomes.
• Maintain requirements and backlog records, incorporating agreed changes and clarifications.
• Conduct workshops with business users, process owners, and developers to clarify requirements and confirm shared understanding.
• Evaluate requirements against ServiceNow capabilities in coordination with relevant technical teams.
• Clarify functional queries and align stakeholders on proposed solution designs.
