About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC SME to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on ServiceNow GRC implementation, information security, risk, compliance, and audit management. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities and Project Experience

The ServiceNow GRC SME will be responsible for leading and contributing to critical GRC initiatives. Core responsibilities include:

• Executing hands-on ServiceNow GRC implementation, with a requirement for a minimum of four end-to-end implementation projects.
• Managing projects within ServiceNow GRC programs and implementations.
• Conducting internal and external audits specifically within the ServiceNow GRC domain.
• Developing and implementing control mapping, control design, and control testing using ServiceNow GRC.
• Performing risk assessment and risk management activities within ServiceNow GRC.
• Preparing GRC KRAs, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports in ServiceNow GRC.
• Applying working knowledge of SecOps, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM), preferably integrated with ServiceNow GRC.

Essential Qualifications and Certifications

Candidates must meet the following qualification criteria:

• Possess relevant certifications such as ISO, CISA/CISM, and ITIL.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 4 end-to-end ServiceNow GRC implementation projects.

Regulatory and Compliance Expertise

A strong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks is essential for this position:

• Experience working with the Saudi Arabia Information Security Regulatory Framework, particularly frameworks related to Information Security, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Security.
• Knowledge of key Saudi regulatory and governance frameworks, including NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC), NCA Cloud Cybersecurity Controls (CCC), Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), SDAIA AI Ethics Framework, and SAMA cybersecurity-related frameworks where applicable.

Experience Requirements

This role requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow GRC implementation and related domains.
