ServiceNow Platform Architect

About the Role

Lean Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role involves a leading position in shaping the architecture, governance, and strategic direction of a large-scale ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will operate at both an enterprise architecture and strategic advisory level, collaborating with business and technology leaders to advance platform maturity, standardization, optimization, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and establish ServiceNow platform architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks across a large enterprise environment.
• Act as the Design Authority, providing architectural oversight and ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
• Lead architecture reviews, identify and manage technical debt, and drive platform standardization and optimization.
• Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap, aligned with wider business and technology objectives.
• Serve as the ServiceNow Impact Architect, providing strategic guidance on platform maturity and adoption, value realization, roadmap planning, continuous improvement, and platform optimization.
• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable ServiceNow architecture.
• Provide architectural leadership across major platform initiatives and ensure consistent design and governance.

Candidate Profile

The role requires a senior ServiceNow professional with a proven track record in enterprise platform strategy, governance, architecture, and transformation. Candidates should possess the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders to achieve platform objectives.

Experience Required

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing platform architecture principles and governance frameworks.
• Experience in leading architecture reviews and managing technical debt.
