About the Role

Wipro is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on ensuring the high availability, performance, and reliability of production systems through automation, cloud operations, monitoring, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure utilizing tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring and observability solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog.
• Manage incidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), provide on-call support, and oversee Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets.
• Automate operational tasks to enhance efficiency, improve reliability, and reduce Mean Time To Recovery (MTTR).
• Administer Kubernetes and Docker environments, manage CI/CD pipelines, develop runbooks, and adhere to ITIL processes.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Production Support roles, with a strong focus on AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and fundamental networking concepts.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and experience in incident and RCA management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
• Experience with cloud security tools and working within enterprise environments.
