Social Media Management Specialist

Personal assistant required (Social Media and Marketing)
📍 Work: Remote + On-site (as needed)
🕒 Part-time – Flexible schedule

Required tasks:
•
Managing and photographing mobile content (video and images).
•
Monitoring social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter...).
•
Coordinating with advertising and marketing teams.
•
Supporting advertising campaigns.
•
Assisting with daily and marketing tasks.
•
Attending some events/parties as agreed.
•
Using Excel and Word programs flexibly.

Conditions:

Must have experience in digital marketing and social media.

Must be flexible regarding attendance when necessary.
•
No objections to attending artistic events.
•
Proficient in coordination, organization, and precise follow-up.
•
We discuss holidays in the middle of the week by mutual agreement.

• Develop and manage content strategies across all social media channels.
• Monitor and capitalize on local, regional, and international trends.
• Collaborate with the communications team to create engaging digital content from editorial material.
• Generate performance reports and insights to optimize campaigns based on their objectives.
• Engage with the audience through comments and messages while maintaining brand voice.
• Utilize data analytics tools to drive content strategies and increase engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Create and publish content across all social media platforms.
• Develop and manage the social media strategy through competitive research and audience identification.
• Plan, create, and share new content daily.
• Build plans that align with company goals while exploring different social media channels.
• Understand target audiences for each channel, creating engaging content specific to their behaviors.
• Set up and optimize company pages to enhance visibility.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
